CVSKL Charity Run Raises RM45,000 for Underprivileged Heart Patients

In celebration of its 7th anniversary, CVSKL hosted a Charity Run at IOI Putrajaya, bringing together more than 1,700 participants for a cause that beats close to the heart.

The event was flagged off by YB Datuk Dr. Mohd Radzi Jidin, Member of Parliament for Putrajaya, setting the pace for a morning filled with energy, purpose, and unity. Among the runners were families, individuals with disabilities, and heart health advocates, all running not just for fitness, but to make a real difference.

The highlight of the day came at the closing ceremony, where Datuk Dr. Rosli Mohd Ali handed over a mock cheque of RM45,000 to Dato’ Azzat Kamaluddin. The donation, raised through the event, will go towards the CVSKL Foundation, ensuring that underprivileged (B40) patients receive life-saving heart care.

With every step taken and every contribution made, the CVSKL Charity Run reaffirmed the power of community in fighting cardiovascular disease and supporting those in need. To every runner, sponsor, and organizer—your efforts are changing lives, one heartbeat at a time.
