Last weekend, CVSKL Foundation joined CVSKL together with Hospital Picaso and the National Cancer Society Malaysia (NCSM) for a two-day health screening event held at Masjid Jamek Sultan Ibrahim in Kuala Selangor. The initiative aimed to raise awareness about early detection and provide accessible health services to the local community.
Attendees were benefited from complimentary health screenings, including basic cardiac ECHO assessments, cholesterol and glucose testing, and cancer screenings facilitated by the National Cancer Society Malaysia’s mobile unit. En Yusri, one of our physiotherapists, shared important insights on regular exercise and tips to staying active for a healthier heart within the aging community.
We extend our sincere gratitude to the residents of Kuala Selangor for their enthusiastic participation and express our deepest appreciation to Hospital Picaso and the National Cancer Society Malaysia for their invaluable partnership. Special thanks also go to Heliza Helmi, Hazwani Helmi, and Irma Hasmie for adding vibrancy to the event. CVSKL remains committed to advancing community health through meaningful outreach and education.
