Our Foundation recently had the opportunity to visit Mr. Ragupathy at his home, several months after undergoing a life-saving heart procedure at CVSKL.
Mr. Ragupathy first sought treatment at CVSKL when his critical heart condition required a Double Valve Replacement procedure. Diagnosed with an aneurysm during his school years, he had been living a normal life until recently, when he began experiencing discomfort. His journey to recovery started when he noticed sudden swelling in his legs and was admitted to a hospital. Despite treatment, the swelling persisted, leading to more serious health concerns.
Determined to find another solution, he consulted Dr. Tamil Selvan, our Consultant Cardiologist, who not only recommended the necessary procedure but also introduced him to CVSKL Foundation, the charitable arm of CVSKL that supports underprivileged patients needing financial assistance for their medical procedures.
Thanks to this support, Mr. Ragupathy was able to receive the care he urgently needed. Today, he is recovering and cherishing precious time with his loved ones.
